Bollywood had a much better time in 2006 than previous years especially in money making even after making films on new topics. Rang De Basanti, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Krrish , Dhoom 2 are among the hits but unlike the past film history each of these films is different from other and giving something fresh to the audience. The film making, the script and also the release and distribution have gone through changes over the years. And the film industry is getting a good harvest in 2006. BBC wrote :

Film critic Indu Mirani feels that after years of confusion, film-makers have figured out what the audiences want today.
"They want a new experience. So whatever films they make, the directors are wanting to give the audiences something fresh," he says.
Dhoom 2: Has earned over $14.5m on a budget of $5.6m
Krrish: Has earned nearly $12m on a budget of $5.6m
Lage Raho Munnabhai- Has earned $11.6m on a budget of $3.3m
Fanaa- Has earned $10.5m on a budget of $4.5m

I hope the film makers will be very enthusiastic and dare to take risk and do experiments in 2007. Even for the directors outside the main stream there is a huge possibility to make their dreams come true as audience is asking for something new and good.
