Anil Kumble to be star in Bollywood

Anil Kumble, the Indian cricket star and country’s best ever spin bowler, is going to play a role of a bollywood movie. Directed by famous Marathi filmmaker Chandrakant Kulkarni, the movie named ‘Mirabai – Not Out’ will be released before the world cup cricket 2007. The list of cricketers emerged in bollywood movies before Anil Kumble is not short. Syed Kirmani, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Vinod Kambli, Ajay Jadeja and Navjyot Siddhu are some of the cricket stars who later acted in bollywood movies.

Cricekt is a part of this movie where Kumble will also play a part in which he will also play cricket and in one scene he will be seen with Mandira Bedi. Anupam Kher and Mahesh Manjrekar will also appear in the movie.

Now, Kumble is with the Indian cricket team in South Africa and playing in the ongoing test series between Indian and South Africa. It is yet to see whether the cricket star can continue his performance in front of camera.
