Aishwarya Rai’s Visit to Pushkar temple Brings Fury Instead of Peace

Aishwarya Rai may be the top Bollywood actress and a demi-Goddess to many of her fans but she can sometimes cause angry to some people too. Well, her visit to Pushkar temple has caused a lot of controversy in the last few hours. The priests of the temple are angry with her as one of her bodyguards entered the temple in an inebriated condition. I checked the meaning of the word inebriated and found the meaning- Stupefied, excited, or muddled with alcoholic liquor.

DNA India reported:

"Twenty-four hours have elapsed since the incident and she should immediately apologise or we will launch a protest," said S N Garg, secretary of the Teerth Purohit Sangh Trust, the organisation of priests of the temple.

"The priests of the temple were furious over the incident and have lodged a protest against it with the trust," he said.

"In view of the volatile situation and the resentment of the priests, the star and her mother left the temple," said the Trust's president Lado Ram Sharma, referring to Aishwarya's visit to the shrine on Thursday.

Reports said one of three bodyguards who accompanied Aishwarya to the temple was inebriated.

It is interesting to note that Aishwarya Rai has all of a sudden become religious. Well, it is clear that she does not care that much about religion as she did not bother to check the condition of her bodyguard before entering into a holly place. Aishwarya Rai may be like a demi-Goddess to many of her fans but she must be more careful to show proper respect to religious places.
