Rahul’s discipline and Shaurya

Rahul Bose is known as a serious actor. He is one of those actors who gets under the skin of his characters and lives them. In his latest movie, Shaurya, Rahul is playing the character of a defense lawyer. You all know that Rahul is a sportsman. He plays rugby and boxing for more than ten years. So, playing the character of an army man would not be a big thing for him but it is the opposite. To fine tune his body with the character Rahul undergo serious physical routine. India Times reports:

To find out more about this we spoke to the man himself Rahul Bose. First off he tells us, “I have been playing rugby for the past 10 years now and thanks to this I was and still am in the prime of health. However if you look at army men they aren’t muscle bound, instead they are simply fat free, lean and stringy.”

We guess that it was tough to lose all that muscle. To this he says, “Yes it was a bit tough but then what is life without a challenge?” seems like he’s a positive for a Royal Challenge ad.

In order to lose his muscle Rahul had to do heavy cardio exercise. Everyday, he worked out for hours starting at 9 a.m. in the morning till 1 at noon. Since, he is a sportsman, eating was not much of a problem.

Rahul is a very professional minded actor. While he was shooting in Manali, he received the news of his father’s illness. Still, he continued to work. He did not let the issue hamper his shooting.

Now, you are all seeing the end product. Rahul Bose looks great in uniform. We are all eagerly waiting for the release of Shaurya.
