Shah Rukh Khan to Play a Supporting Role in his Next Home production Following the Footstep of Aamir Khan

It seems that Shah Rukh Khan is following the footstep of Aamir Khan. You already know that Aamir Khan left more screen space for the child actor Darsheel Safary in his last hit Taare Zameen Par, in which he played a role of a supporting actor. That was the first directorial of Aamir Khan.

Now, reports have it that Shah Rukh Khan is going to following the same thing in his forthcoming home production. King Khan will take a backseat in the movie leaving enough space for comedy actor Irrfan Khan, who is expected to star in the lead role of the movie. As it would be a comedy film, Shah Rukh Khan opted to leave the lead role for Irrfan Khan, who impressed Shah Rukh with his performance in the recently released comedy film Sunday. The movie will be directed by Priyadarshan and shooting of the movie will begin from July, after the end of Indian Premier League.

Rediff reported:

Sources inform Gullu that SRK felt that Irrfan would do more justice to the comedy film. Irrfan seems to have pleased Shah Rukh with his acting skills in the laugh riot, Sunday, where he made his mark alongside the Arshad Warsi.

Aamir Khan has been very much successful with his first directorial Taare Zameen Par by leaving the space to someone else. Now, it is the turn for Shah Rukh Khan. Let us see if Shah Rukh Khan can bring out similar success with his upcoming project. You have to wait to know about the success of the movie.
