Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Turned down LG Endorsement Offer

Abhishek bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have recently turned down a lucrative endorsement offer from LG. The star couple was offered to become the brand ambassador of the entire range of products across-the-line. The reason behind the rejection of the offer was that Abhishek was not interested to promote another cell-phone company as he was promoting Motorola cellphones. LG, in response to the refusal of their offer, said that they would love to have the couple as the brand ambassador at any time they wish. So, it is clear that how much keen LG was to sign Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Sify reported:

A source close to the Bachchans says, "LG was very keen to have Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to endorse their entire range of products across-the-line. It was an extremely tempting and lucrative offer. But LG's range of products also included cell-phones. And Abhishek is already endorsing Motorola cellphones. So, he had to decline LG's offer. But he has received a letter from the company saying they would love to have him and his wife as their brand ambassadors any time they wish."

Abhishek and Aishwarya were seen together on the screen in the last year’s movie Guru, directed by Mani Ratnam. Following the release of the movie, the two got married in a lavish marriage ceremony. Since then, they have not seen together on the big screen. Now, according to the recent reports out, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are going to star opposite each other once again in Mani Ratnam’s film. Abhishek is currently busy with the filming of Rakeysh Mehra's Delhi 6, for which he is working 20 hours a day. On the other hand, Aishwarya starrer Jodha Akbar has hit the screens recently.
