Dhoom 2: The Most Successful Movie of 2006

Yash Raj films’ ‘Dhoom’ (first part) was very successful .Audience liked its story, action, and music. All the elements of this movie pleased them. As a successful movie, Yash Raj films’ ‘Dhoom2’ has been released this year. It is a sequel of ‘Dhoom’.

With different story, more critical and exciting action, they have presented their all things in this new movie. In the prequel John Abraham, played the character of thief, but in this sequel, he is absent. Hrithik plays the character of thief. In this sequel, the actors and actresses are: Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek, Uday Chopra, Aishwarya Rai, Bipasha Basu, Rimi Sen. Except Hrithink, Aishwary and Bipasha, all worked in the prequel. Hrithik is Aryan, Aishwarya is Sunehri, Abhishek is the cop hero, ACP Jai Dixit, and Uday Chopra is the sub-inspector, the right hand of ACP Jai. Bipasha plays the role of ACP Sonali Bose. She is in double role in this movie. She is also college friend of Jai .In this movie, Rimi Sen’s role is small. The movie is made on the basis of a thief and how a police officer catches the thief. Hrithik (Aryan) is an international thief .We can find that first, he steals the crown of the Queen from a train; second, he steals from a jewelry exhibition in Mumbai, at a museum, third, he steals from Jaipur an old sword and last, steals from Brazil. He has stolen some coins, which were first made by human beings. He has used lot of actions in the moment. Aishwarya enters in this movie at the time of third steal with black mask. She has been presented with new looks. Aishwarya is also a pretty and clever thief. Uday’s role is sub-inspector, but in the whole movie he has done funny role. His dialogues are really funny.

Music: Pritam was good in Dhoom (prequel) in 2004. His ‘Dhoom Machale’ is a good track. In this year, Pritam has done his job in Dhoom 2. In this album –‘Crazy Kiya Re’ this song, a dance number was sung by Sunidhi Chauhan. Other two tracks: ‘Dhoom again,’ the title song, and ‘Dhoom take my life’ are high bit songs. Pritam has mixed lots of music. Hrithik’s dance was exclusive in “Dhoom Again”. Aishwarya also danced well in ‘Crazy Kiya Re’ .Now in Bollywood, directors use lots of actions in movies. In this year, we have watched the action type movie “Dhoom2” after ‘Krrish’. As usual, in both films Hrithik has done well. The important thing is Bollywood movie actions are different from those of Hollywood .First, only fighting was considered as action movie, but now various technical styles are used in Bollywood. After being released, this movie attracted huge people to the theaters. Moviegoers have liked this movie; especially, the pair of Hrithik and Aishwarya. We have watched both of them in new role with new style. It is natural that everything is not liked by everyone. Some people have liked Hrithik’s acting, dancing. Some people did not like the dance of Aishwarya; also, some did not like Abhishek. The choice is different for different people. After all, this is a different type of movie. A movie lover can find all things: action, romance, comedy in this movie. In this year it is a hit movie, which has earned lots money in its opening days.
