Gordon Brown Calls for showing tolerance to His Countrymen

Gordon Brown, the finance Minister of Britain, has recently called for showing tolerance to his countrymen on the row of racism to Bollywood star Shilpa Sheety. Mr. Brown was visiting a film studio in Mumbai, India where he expressed his words to the people of his country to keep Shilpa in the house giving vote to her. The Sun quoted his speech and here I am giving some lines from that report:

As he visited a Bollywood film studio in Mumbai, he said: “There is a lot of support for Shilpa.

“It is clear we are getting the message across. Britain is a nation of tolerance and fairness.”

And he added: “It is pretty clear how people in this studio would vote if they had to vote.”

“It is pretty clear how people in this studio would vote if they had to vote.”

It seems that Mr. Brown is trying hard to prove Britain’s support to Shilpa which is really a good initiative. However, the concerned authority of the show should take lesson from this incident so that in future they can avoid such criticism. Well, the number of viewers has been increased much after the incident happened and that is why, it is yet to see how much attention the CBB authority will pay to the incident.
