Om Shanti Om: Shah Rukh to Promote the Movie in Nach Baliye

Shah Rukh Khan will appear in Star Plus’s popular dance competition, ‘Nach Baliye’, as a part of the promotional activities of his upcoming movie Om Shanti Om. Having spent so many years, Shah Rukh Khan has sheer knowledge of promoting movies. Om Shanti Om is set for release on 9 November during the Diwali time. So, it is expected that the movie will be rocking in the box office. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have recently appeared in ‘Nach Baliye’ to promote their upcoming movie Jab We Met.

Shah Rukh Khan has recently attended India’s twenty20 cricket match against Australia along with his wife Gauri Khan and the lead actress of Om Shanti Om, Deepika Padukone. The rumor of the relationship of Indian captain Dhoni and Deepika Padukone is also thought to have positive affect over the movie Om Shanti Om.

Shah Rukh Khan started his career though television serials. Now, he will be seen in television program as part of his promotional work of the movie. The movie has to face the challenge of another high profile Diwali movie, Saawariya. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the movie titled Saawariya will also introduce two debut actors from high profile Kapoor families. Now, let us see if Shah Rukh Khan can win over Saawariya.
