Gandhi Family not to Attend the Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Marriage?

The upcoming Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan marriage ceremony will include some of the stars and powerful persons of India. The Bachchan family has also invited Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul and daughter Priyanka to attend the 20^th April marriage ceremony. The marriage ceremony will be held in Bachchan’s family home Pratiksha on the 20^th April.

Now, the question is if the Gandhi family would attend in the ceremony. It is noteworthy that Amitabh Bachchan and the Gandhi family had a warm relationship in the past. However, the relationship has already decayed in the recent past. Amitabh Bachchan’s mother Teji Bachchan sent a wedding invitation card earlier inviting the Gandhi family to the wedding ceremony. Recently, Priyanka Gandhi responded negatively saying "This is a useless question", being asked if their family would attend the ceremony. Times of India reported:

"This is a useless question", Priyanka responded when asked by journalists here if the Gandhis would attend the April 20 wedding of Abhishek and actress Aishwariya Rai at Mumbai.

The close relationship between Abhishek's father Amitabh Bachchan with the Gandhi family has turned sour in recent years but media reports had said that the Bachchans had invited the Congress President and her children Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka.

This is now a valuable question to be answered whether the Gandhi family will go to join the ceremony. I think the presence of the Gandi family would make the ceremony more eventful. Both the Bachchan and Gandhi family have a bright background.
