Anupam Kher to Work with Director Woody Allen in Hollywood Film

Hollywood director Woody Allen has signed Bollywood’s veteran actor Anupam Kher for his upcoming project alongside a number of Hollywood and Bollywood actors. Anupam Kher has expressed his delight for being signed by a director Woody Allen. The movie also casts Bollywood stars like Aishwarya Rai, Irrfan Khan and Om Puri besides the Hollywood stars like Sir Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts and Nicole Kidman. The movie also has Slumdog Millionaire fame Freida Pinto. 54-year-old Anupam Kher will play the role of Freida Pinto’s father in the unnamed movie.

Anupam Kher made his Bollywood debut with critically acclaimed 1984 movie Saaransh and since then he performed in many critically acclaimed movies over the last 25 years. He also worked in English language films like Bend it like Beckham and Lust, Caution. Now, let us see if Anupam Kher can present us another critically acclaimed performance in Woody Allen’s movie.
