Arnold Schwarzenegger Invited Bollywood Actor Shah Rukh Khan

Hollywood star and current governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has sent a formal invitation to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan whom he wants to meet on 20 September in Washington, USA. However, it is not yet confirmed if Shah Rukh Khan would accept the invitation or not. The invitation came just four days after Shah Rukh Khan had been detained by the customs officials at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey while visiting America.


Shah Rukh Khan was held at the airport for about 2 hours after his name appeared in a computer alert list. So, he was held up at the airport for questioning. The actor termed the incident embarrassing and was very angry and disappointed at the way he was treated by the customs officials. Shah Rukh Khan fans in India reacted strongly against this incident. So, it is not yet confirmed if the Bollywood star would accept the invitation of Arnold Schwarzenegger.


Here, it is noteworthy that Mr. Khan was visiting USA to promote his upcoming film My Name is Khan and during his visit, he signed a £125 million distribution deal with Fox-Searchlight.
