Aamir
Khan-starrer Dhoom 3 has become the
first Hindi movie to set a new landmark of Rs 500 crore. This action thriller
movie has collected Rs 501.35 crore ($83.56 million) worldwide. Production
house, Yash Raj Films (YRF), has confirmed the news
issuing an official statement. In the local market, it has collected Rs 351.29
crore while the overseas collection of this movie is Rs 150.06 crore ($25.01
million). The third installment of Dhoom
series was released in almost 4000 theatres on 20 December.

all the previous box office records which were set by Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express and Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3. Other actors of this movie are
Katrina Kaif, Abhishek
