Celina Jaitley New Year’s Resolution: No Resolution

New Year brings in new beginnings for many people. They want to have a fresh start in their lives. But what about the film stars? Do they have New Year resolutions? Former model and Miss India winner, Celina Jaitley is now one of the busiest actresses of Bollywood. The year 2006 was quite tough for her. As lead character she may not have done well but had major success in supporting characters. Apna Sapna Money Money has been a huge success around the country. Her character, Sania Badnam, has become very popular. People now know her by that character. This successful model turned actress does not believe in New Year’s resolution. I am quoting from the report published in Hindustan Times:

Celina Jaitley does not believe in new year resolutions. “Sometimes I end up exceeding my own expectations. It’s better to take life as it comes,” says the Bollywood star who was in town on Tuesday for an event. .

She landed in the city around 12.40 pm and after a quick spiff-up at ITC Sonar Bangla was ready for the show. HT City caught up with her while she was on her way to the venue.

Though she had not bothered about resolutions, Celina had a blast on New Year’s Eve in Goa with friends and cousins. “I have bought a hundred-year-old Portugese bungalow there,” says Celina who is still relishing the response her performance in Mukta Arts’ Apna Sapna Money Money has generated.

According to a survey conducted by AC Nielsen, the favorite New Year’s resolutions of the Indians are: exercising more and making a balance between family life and work life. Celina does not need to have these resolutions. First of all, she takes care of her physique and secondly, she is not married. So, why bothering about having resolution? She is now busking under the sun of her success. Let her enjoy the New Year in her own way. What do you think?
