Kajol will take a break for her second child

Kajol makes her comeback to Bollywood for promoting her latest flick, Toonpur Ka Super Hero, with husband Ajay Devgn. She took a break as she gave birth to a baby boy this year. But the reality is that she is giving more time on promoting the film keeping her new born kid away. She is really facing a tough time.

Perhaps Kajol is planning for a break once again. Until her new born baby turns three, Kajol will not be signing any new films. With the animation flick, TKS, she will make appearance with her husband Ajay Devgn. Earlier this couple was seen in Raju Chacha, which was a Kids flick.

After long break, Kajol made her successful comeback with Fanaa. Then she was appeared in a very few films like My Name is Khan, KANK and We are family again and proved herself that she still can attract audience in the theater.

Kajol is called one of the finest actresses that Bollywood has ever produced. Even she is also the very rare actress who has got success in the film industry without showing her body or acting in any offensive film.

She is well remembered to the mind of her fans because of her sizzling chemistry with Shahrukh Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan will promote his film “My Name is Khan” in NASDAQ

Shah Rukh Khan’s latest big budget movie “My Name is Khan” will be released on 12^th February 2010 across the world. That is why, King Khan is busy to promote his new movie as many as possible and he has not left any stone unturned to promote the movie. He wants to attract the people to come and watch the movie on stadium. His onscreen pair with Kajol has already attracted many people to enjoy this movie in a big screen. This successful onscreen couple has made pair after eight years.

Day after tomorrow on 1st February 2010 both Shah Rukh and Kajol are going to be the first Indian stars who will sound the opening bell of American stock exchange, NASDAQ. Here, they will promote their film “My Name is Khan”.

SRK and Kajol would be ringing the bell on behalf of Fox Searchlight Pictures which is distributing the film in the US market, a NASDAQ spokesman said.

It is really a great honor for any Bollywood actor. Shah Rukh Khan has proved that he has equal popularity outside the India also. Let us see if he can use his popularity.

Will My Name Is Khan salvage Shah Rukh Khan’s sinking career?

The year 2009 had not been so good for our “Bollywood Badshah,” Shah Rukh Khan. In February, Billu was released. It was his only movie throughout the year and it tanked at the box office. For a long time, the Khan had been suffering from back injury and then there was his shoulder injury that caused him so much pain that he had to postpone his shooting for My Name Is Khan. Still, Shah Rukh Khan can not be blamed alone. The year 2009 had been very bad for Bollywood, with Swine Flu, IPL, Bollywood producer-multiplex owner standoff, and economic recession cost Bollywood a whopping Rs.7 billion.

Now, a new year is coming filled with hopes and promises. The recession has ended and our King Khan is back on track with his new movie, My Name is Khan. The movie revolves around the story of an Indian Muslim living in the U.S and the adversity he faces after the 9/11 terrorist attack. The movie is scheduled to be released on February 12, 2009.

Music review:
The music album of U, Me, aur Hum contains six songs. The interesting thing about the album is that it does not have any remix versions but not all the songs are equally enjoyable.

Jee Le:
Latino prelude with flamenco guitar sets the mood. Adnan Sami starts the song softly and then picks up the tempo and suddenly you hear the drumbeats and a host of other instruments used in latino music. Imagine a salsa dancer starting slowly and then with a twist starts to dance around. Shreya Ghosal’s soft romantic voice just infuses more romantic feeling into the song. Adnan and Shreya sound great. This is the song worth hearing a thousand times.

U, Me, aur Hum:
This is a soft romantic song. Upon hearing this song, Ajay Devgan could not hold his tears. He requested director Vishal Bharadwaj to include the regular and unplugged version in the album. Shreya Ghoshal sung the regular version. Slow jazz type music, interspersed English rap make it a bit different to hear. Asif Ali beg wrote the English lyrics. Many complained that without the English rap, the song would have been better.

U, Me, aur Hum (unplugged version):
This unplugged version is sung by Vishal Bharadwaj. The interesting thing is Vishal’s voice gives you a feeling that a young man is singing the song.

Saiyaan:
Remember “Arey Hai Hai Yeh Majboori” from Roti Kapda aur makan? This song is more or less that type? A song where a wife is complaining about her husband not paying attention to her. Sunidhi sounds just ok.

Phatte:
A bhangra song mixed with techno bits. It is a typical dance floor song. I did not find it very enjoyable. If you are Punjabi song fan then you might like this song.

Dil Dhakda Hai:
It is the dance floor song where you see Ajay Devgan getting drunk and dance around the bar. It is just another fast track peppy song.

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol Still Most Popular on-screen Pair of Bollywood

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are still the dream pair of Bollywood. The two most popular actors have churned out many super hit films for in Bollywood including Baazigar (1993), Karan Arjun (1995), Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998) and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001). Interestingly, the two last appeared on the big screen in the lead roles in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (they were seen in last year’s Om Shanti Om, where Kajol made a special appearance).

The good news for the Bollywood fans is that Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are going to appear together in Karan Johar’s next film Khan. Karan Johar had approached Kajol a female lead role for his last film Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna that Kajol turned down because she was not interested to stay abroad for about 90 days leaving her child Nysa. Kajol signed for the movie Khan last December.
